Objective

The objective of the Kerry County Enterprise Board Ltd. is to discharge the duties entrusted to it by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment in an efficient and professional manner. The Board recognises the right of the customer to a prompt and courteous service.

When dealing with the Kerry County Enterprise Board, the staff will ensure an efficient and satisfactory service. This will require the following actions.

Courtesy & Helpfulness

• All customer contacts will be helpful and courteous
• Customer will be advised of the name of the officer involved in the contact.
• The customer will be directed to the appropriate Officer.

Information

• The customer will be given full and accurate information in relation to any query

Efficiency

• All queries are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner
• Privacy and Confidentiality will be maintained

Redress

Legitimate complaints regarding;

(a) improper administration of the functions entrusted to the Kerry County Enterprise Board Ltd.

OR

(b) the processing of an enquiry

be dealt with speedily and sympathetically. If the matter is not resolved to the customers satisfaction by the Officers of the Board, the customer can approach the Ombudsman's office. The Kerry County Enterprise Board Ltd.will ensure that all legitimate complaints are dealt with fairly and speedily.
