Kerry CEB launches recipe Booklet with tastekerry.com
Work has been completed on the first tastekerry recipe booklet highlighting local kerry foods. This joint initiative with the Collabor8 project in the South Kerry Partnership is the first of many being developed in the food sector.
This is a tastefully produced Recipe Booklet highlighting local foods with the input of local chef Mark Doe.
Over 10,000 booklets have been produced and circulated countywide. reaction has been very positive. It is one of the initiatives to highlight local foods and local production.
A number of other publication have also been issued. These include a "Guide to Starting a Food Business" and a "Directory of Producers".
