The Gaeltacht Skillnet, an enterprise-led mixed sector network, grant aids businesses which undertake training. It is the intention of the network to assist businesses in the Gaeltacht areas of Munster by giving the management and employees access to training and network interventions so that they can maximize their profitability and create other business opportunities. Training includes both ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ skills, including finance, marketing development, tax planning, literacy and numeracy, team training, computer skills, internet marketing and much more.
