CEB approves funding for 15 new start ups

Kerry County Enterprise Board approves funding of €165,000 this week.

At this weeks's meeting of the Board, a total of €165,000 was approved to new and upcoming projects. Victor Sheehan, Assistant CEO of the Kerry County Enterprise Board commented "We currently have a large number of projects seeking funding on our books. The Board has this week approved funding to over 15 projects ranging from feasibility studies to new start ups. This early stage funding is critical for new start ups and often leverages matching funding from other sources"

Projects include the food sector, waste recycling, energy management and biotechnology.
